Wedding Option Price List
Wedding Plans:
Traditional Coverage: $1595
Five hours of photography time (Luke & assistant) for coverage of the wedding and reception, 200 to 225 images to choose from, $500 of this plan is a retainer fee to reserve photography services, and an 18-page album for your favorite images. A $295 design credit (or minimum order amount) will apply towards enlargements for your album or gifts. Your custom album can hold (18) 8x10 portraits. All original proofs included with package purchase.
Classic Coverage: $1895
Six hours of photography time (Luke & assistant) for coverage of the wedding and reception, 225 to 275 images to choose from, $800 of this plan is a retainer fee to reserve photography services, and an 18-page album for your favorite images. A $295 design credit (or minimum order amount) will apply towards enlargements for your album or gifts. Your custom album will hold a mixture (18) 8x10 portraits. All original proofs included with package purchase.
Regency Coverage: $2495
Seven hours of photography time (Luke & assistant) for coverage of the wedding and reception, 250 to 300 images to choose from, $1000 of this plan is a retainer fee to reserve photography services, and two albums (36 page total) for your favorite images. A $295 design credit (or minimum order amount) will apply towards enlargements for your album or gifts. Each custom album will hold (18) 8x10's. All original proofs included with package purchase.
Keepsake Coverage: $2995
Eight hours of photography time (Luke & assistant) for coverage of the wedding and reception, 300 to 325 images to choose from, $1200 of this plan is a retainer fee to reserve photography services, and two albums (36 page total) for your favorite images. A $295 design credit (or minimum order amount) will apply towards enlargements for your album or gifts. Each custom album can hold (18) 8x10's. All original proofs included with package purchase.
Terms:
There is a (non refundable) retainer fee of $500 to $1200 (depending on package selected) to secure your date. We book on a first come, first serve basis. The balance is due three weeks before your wedding. We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, and cash. Prices do not include any travel fees or State Sales Tax.
Travel Fees:
Any travel outside the Huntsville, Decatur, or Arab area will be at a rate of $.46 per mile and any lodging fees (hotels, airfare, car rental, etc.) will be billed to you at cost.

50% deposit is required on individual prints, Parent’s Albums and Gift Folios. (Separate pricing is available if no finished portraits are desired.)
Digital Services:
All images saved to CD and copyright certificate
$395 (with a package purchase)
$750 (with no package purchase) photographer time will be billed separately.
Digital Retouching: $35 per hour
Please note: Our digital retouching removes, blemishes, reflection in eye glasses, and stray hairs. We can change background colors, etc. by special request.
HD Video Photography:
HD Video Photography is available. We will provide the perfect way to retain the memories of your special day at a reasonable cost. We will record your wedding day and provide 3 copies of the finished DVD product.
Rehearsal Dinner (2 hrs)
Before Ceremony (1 hr)
Ceremony and Reception (3 to 4-hrs) during ceremony there will be three HD video cameras running. These will be edited into one finished DVD product.
